Our clients decided to sell their family home and move to Lake Sunapee. Lovers of antiques and the outdoors, this home spoke to them on many levels. They decided to name it Lazy Bear Lodge.

We helped our clients to make this unique property a home. Most of their furniture, art, and rugs were repurposed in the space. Some favorite chairs and ottomans were reupholstered. A few custom tables and sofas were created. Walls were painted, stair runners installed, lighting replaced, and new draperies hung.

We sourced artwork and antiques from across the country, and helped to personalize each room to this family. The end result is a gorgeous luxury lake house full of warmth and character with panoramic lake views and the finest of finishes. Lazy Bear Lodge will be a great place to slow down and hibernate all year round.
