With so many options out there, why should you choose us for window treatments and design help?
Here’s why…Recently we ordered a customized product from a mid-sized local business. We met with one sales person and worked out the design. We were sent a proposal which had errors in a few details all of which had to be corrected. We went ahead and sent in a deposit and then waited two months hearing nothing. After following up we were told the business was so busy they were behind on projects and short on installation help. We continued to wait patiently for our install over the next couple weeks. Finally the install guys showed up and the product was the wrong color and height! The specifics had gotten lost in translation between the various different people at this store. We dug up the emails and had to call and speak to a couple different people about making the changes. Two weeks later we checked in with someone at the store and he still didn’t know about the height change! We had to wait another few weeks to finally get the corrected product. Then the installation guys had to come out three different times because they didn’t have the right information about what was needed for install. They ended up needing an additional guy and a lift. All these delays and confusion affected our bottom line. It was very stressful!
At Tempting Interiors we do things differently. You will work one on one with TJ throughout the entire window treatment selection process. He is the one who will come out to your home and take meticulous measurements of your windows. He is the one who will guide you through the many options whether it be shade type, operating system, fabric selection, or any technical complications with the windows. TJ listens to what you want and makes recommendations based on his expertise. TJ will be the one to consult Hunter Douglas with all the options available. He will send you various quotes and you can decide what works best. Once the window treatments arrive TJ will do the installation himself. He will not leave your home until the shades look and work perfectly. He will make sure you know how to operate everything and answer any other questions. If you have future questions or anything malfunctions TJ does the repairs and house calls himself. You will not be dealing with multiple people and errors in translation. TJ will be a familiar resource to you.
Design projects work similarly. From the start you will be working with TJ and Rebecca. They will get to know you, your likes and dislikes, and what you’re trying to accomplish. It is our job to check and recheck all the details of every order and to make sure everything comes together. We do the leg work to save you time, stress, and money.
